PRECISE EYELINER BLACK
A liquid eyeliner with a flexible applicator for creating a precise and defined line. A smudge-resistant and natural formula with a long-lasting color result.

KEY INGREDIENTS
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer – used as a film former and binder.
Charcoal Powder – colorant obtained from oak
Butylene Glycol – used as a skin conditioning agent (humectant), solvent and is used to decrease the overall viscosity of the product.

HOW TO USE
Shake before use. Dip the thin brush into the packaging and start painting where desired.

MULTI USE
Use with Angle Brush #704 to smudge. Can be used all over face, on lips for example.
